NANA Healthcare Management is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure regulatory readiness across all facilities in a behavioral health setting. 

Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay: $65,000-$80,000 annually
Type: Full-time 

The Compliance Manager supports the Compliance Director by leading the execution of audit functions, supervising compliance staff, and managing compliance systems to ensure regulatory readiness across all facilities.

Knowledge and Training:
  • Adhere to Confidentiality requirements as outlined in 42 CFR, Part 2.
  • Must have the ability to interact with staff in a professional manner.
  • The ability to handle stressful and demanding situations
  • Experience with DCH, DBHDD, and Joint Commission compliance.
  • Experience managing audit schedules and performance improvement plans.
  • Ability to lead internal audits, corrective action plans, and mock survey readiness.
  • Skilled in facilitating cross-functional compliance education and process improvement meetings.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and performance improvement planning.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills for presenting audit trends and findings to leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise and support Clinical/Nursing Compliance Auditors, Trainers, Risk Managers.
  2. Manage monthly audit schedules and facility coverage.
  3. Oversee follow-up and stage corrective action plans for audit findings.
  4. Coordinate compliance policies and ensure staff awareness.
  5. Track audit outcomes and generate monthly reports.
  6. Lead Risk Review meetings and participate in incident investigations.
  7. Support staff performance improvement plans related to compliance.
  8. Work collaboratively with Directors across departments.
  9. Prepare reports and summaries for executive leadership.
  10. Support internal audit readiness for regulatory and insurance audits.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or clinical leadership
  • Preferred: LCSW, LPC, LMFT in Georgia
