Part-Time Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN)

Compensation: $30–$38 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat, a NANA Healthcare Management company, is seeking a compassionate Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) to join our multidisciplinary team supporting adolescents in residential behavioral health treatment.

This position offers the opportunity to help clients develop healthy eating habits, address nutritional needs, and build a positive relationship with food while supporting their overall treatment and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.

• Provide nutrition counseling and education tailored to adolescents’ needs.

• Lead nutrition-focused groups that promote practical skills and healthy habits.

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other treatment team members.

• Coordinate with culinary staff to support meal planning, dietary accommodations, and individual nutritional needs.

• Monitor nutritional progress and adjust care plans as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.

• Provide nutrition education to families and caregivers as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.

• Current Georgia dietitian license or eligibility to obtain licensure before beginning practice.

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

• Compassionate, collaborative approach to working with adolescents and their families.

Preferred: Experience in adolescent care, behavioral health, residential treatment, eating disorders, or substance use treatment.
