We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and support our efforts in providing exceptional care to our staff. Become a part of a growing organization. Position Overview:
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting HR functions? Join our team as a Human Resources Administrative Assistant and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including data entry and file organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and onboarding processes.
  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads and tracking applications.
  • Manage and update spreadsheets, databases, and HR systems.
  • Generate reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Adobe tools (e.g., Acrobat, Photoshop, or similar).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Experience in an HR or administrative role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems or similar platforms is a bonus.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
