Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience).

As part of our continued growth and commitment to expanding access to specialized care, SLOW is opening S.L.O.W. Academy, an 8-bed inpatient treatment center dedicated to adults struggling with eating disorders. This program will provide highly structured, multidisciplinary care designed specifically for adolescents, supporting both medical stabilization and long-term recovery.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical oversight of all therapeutic programming within the residential program
Supervise and support licensed and associate-level therapists
Oversee individualized treatment planning and clinical programming
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical, nutrition, and behavioral health staff
Ensure clinical documentation, quality standards, and regulatory compliance are maintained
Participate in admissions consultation, case review, and discharge planning
Support staff training and program development related to eating disorder treatment
Provide on-call support across departments and for clients in care
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field
Fully licensed clinician (LPC or LCSW) in Georgia
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including direct work with eating disorder clients
Experience working with acute eating disorder populations in higher levels of care (residential, PHP, or inpatient)
Minimum of two years prior clinical leadership or supervision experience preferred
Preferred Experience
Experience in residential eating disorder treatment settings
Training in evidence-based treatment approaches for eating disorders (e.g., CBT-E, DBT, ACT, etc)
Experience treating co-occurring mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety, addiction, and mood disorders
